EvaCodes is headquartered in the United States and has development centers in Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, and Armenia.

In July 2022, EvaCodes raised a $500,000 investment from Hypra.

After attracting a round of investment, EvaCodes started negotiations with us about cooperation. The main tasks were:

  • building an SEO department for EvaCodes;
  • building an SEO strategy for 1 year and decomposing it into small sprints;
  • planning and allocation of the necessary budget to achieve the result;
  • build, regulate, and systematize internal processes in the SEO team; (between SEO specialists - developers - designers - copywriters - proofreaders - editors - link builders);
  • fast development of a new website, On Page optimization and launch;
  • achievement of KPIs (growth of relevant traffic and the number of MQL/SQL).
  • 1 TOP 1-10 (US, UK) by keywords of the main clusters
  • 2 Generate 50 SQL (Happened Call) leads from organic traffic per month
  • 3 Increase the volume of relevant commercial and informational traffic

Strategy of SEO promotion

The first major stage of our work on this project was an in-depth analysis of the current state of the website, competitor analysis, strategy building, and budget planning. It was also critical at this stage to identify areas in which EvaCodes would maximize its expertise through content marketing.

Our expertise and successful experience in SEO Optimization for IT business helped us to formulate a strategy to get the fastest possible result.

Our global goal was to design and optimize the structure, content, and website in such a way that the user could get an answer to any question to make a business decision and not return to Google results.

The goals can be achieved only with the help of a large amount of niche content targeted at the designed ISR, which solves user problems at different stages of decision-making and the dynamic development of a high-quality link profile.
