We started with a deep website audit and analysis of the mammology niche – a highly specialized segment of medical services with strict YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) requirements for content accuracy and reliability. At the same time, we analyzed the clinic’s audience. The decision to see a doctor is primarily made by women themselves, who are looking for clear and reliable answers to concerns about breast health, so the content needed to speak to them in the same language.
This defined the strategy priorities: optimizing the existing website structure around the clinic’s key areas of focus (diagnostics, treatment, plastic surgery, and support for oncology patients) to make it as logical and easy to understand for users as possible, as well as adding important services to the menu that were previously missing.
In addition, we worked on strengthening E-E-A-T signals and adapting content to the algorithms of AI-powered search systems. To promote the website in AI-powered search systems, we applied GEO optimization practices, which helped strengthen the clinic’s visibility in this channel.
We collected and clustered the semantic core for new pages, eliminated internal cannibalization between existing pages, and built internal linking that guides both users and search engine bots to the most relevant content. Despite the fact that no external link building was carried out throughout this period, the focus on internal optimization and content quality delivered the required results.
